Dry soil & grit removal
Pre-vacuum with a pile lifter removes the dry grit that cuts fibres — done before any moisture.
Pre-spray tailored to fibre and soil
The cleaning agent is chosen for the fibre and the soiling, not one drum for every job.
Gentle agitation
The correct brush for the pile works the pre-spray into the fibre without distortion.
Extraction or low-moisture, chosen per material
Hot water extraction where the fibre allows; low-moisture encapsulation where it does not.
pH-balance rinse, grooming, fast-dry air movers
We neutralise residue, groom the pile and set air movers so wool dries fast and does not brown.

In-home, every time. Rugs can be taken away for deeper treatment only if the fibre requires it, and only with your consent. No collection is needed.
Wool dries in a few hours with air movers; synthetic and upholstery typically dry in two to four. We set air movers on every wool job to prevent browning.
Not with the correct method. We identify the fibre first and choose extraction or low-moisture accordingly. Dye-fastness is tested before any moisture touches a coloured fibre.
In most cases, yes. We treat the source, not the surface, and neutralise the odour rather than mask it. Heavily contaminated underlay may need attention we’ll flag on survey.
Yes. We survey, identify the fibre and confirm the price before any work begins. No deposit is taken to book.
Yes. Saturday and Sunday slots are available, and evening appointments can be arranged.
Yes — these are our specialism. Silk and viscose are moisture-sensitive; we use our low-moisture Dry-Care method to avoid distortion and yellowing.
